Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use governs the relationship with members and others who interact with Besttoo.
The use of Besttoo constitutes full acceptance of and agreement to the Terms; if a user does not accept Besttoo's Terms, he or she is not granted rights to use Besttoo as defined herein, and should refrain from accessing Besttoo.

1. Account Security

a: All persons who want to register an account with Besttoo must be 16 years of age or older.

b: A member will not provide any false personal information on Besttoo, or create an account for anyone other than himself. Personal information by the member is provided voluntarily.

c: A member will keep his/her contact information correct, accurate and up-to-date.

d: A member will not share his/her password, let anyone else access his/her account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of his/her account.

e: If Besttoo disables an member's account, this member will not create another account without permission.

f: A member will not transfer his/her account, including it's content, to anyone.

2. Privacy

Our members privacy is very important to us. It is important to know about how you can use Besttoo to share with others your content.

Besttoo respects your privacy as we do not scan or collect your usage pattern at Besttoo. Besttoo use "cookies" (small pieces of data which are stored for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone, or other device) to make Besttoo easier to use.  Cookies are used  to store your login ID (but never your password) to make it easier for you to login whenever you come back to Besttoo.  You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases this may impact your ability to use Besttoo or some features of Besttoo.

Besttoo will not disclose such information.

3. Sharing your Content

a: A member owns all of his/her content which is post on Besttoo, and a member can control how it is shared through it's privacy settings.

b: When a member delete it's content, it is deleted. However, it is understood that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time. This content will not be available to others.

c: When a member publishes his/her content by using the "everyone" setting, it means that it will  allow everyone, including people which are not members of Besttoo, to view, access and use that content, and to associate it with this member (i.e., name and profile picture).

4. Members Responsibilities

a: A member will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Besttoo, such as a denial of service attack.

b: A member will not use Besttoo to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

c: A member will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

e: A member will not send or otherwise post unauthorized soliciting commercial communications, such as spam, on Besttoo.

f: A member will not engage in any kind of spaming on Besttoo.

g: A member will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

h: A member will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

i: A member will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

j: A member will not advertise alcohol-related or other mature content.

k: Each member will be solely responsible for any damage to his/her computer system or loss of data that results from using Besttoo.

Use of Besttoo constitutes full acceptance of and agreement to the Terms; if a  user or member does not accept Besttoo's Terms, he or she is not granted the right to use Besttoo as defined herein, and should refrain from accessing Besttoo.

If a member violates the above responsibilities or otherwise harm Besttoo, the account will be disabled (deleted) without prior notice.

5. Provider Responsibilities

a: Besttoo will try to keep the network up.

b: Besttoo will try to keep the network bug free and safe.

c: Besttoo is providing the network "AS IS" without any express or implied warrenties.

d: Besttoo assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any member's content .

6. Disputes

Besttoo takes no guarantee for the actuality, correctness, completeness or quality of the provided content and information. The liability claims against Besttoo which were caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by the use of faulty and incomplete information are basically excluded.
All services of Besttoo are offered. Besttoo reserves the right to change parts or stop providing parts of it's services without any separate announcement. Besttoo should not be held liable for loss of members content and/or information. Besttoo will not guarantee the network is safe and secure.

Besttoo or a third party may provide links to other websites. Besttoo exercises no control whatsoever over such other websites and web-based resources. Besttoo is not responsible or liable for the availability thereof or the content, advertising, products or other materials thereon. Besttoo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any user in connection therewith. Access and use of linked websites, including information, material, products and services therein, is solely at your own risk.

7. Amendments

Updating these Terms, Besttoo will post the changed version and its effective date.

8. Definitions

a: By "Besttoo" we mean (a) the features and services we make available, through our website at www.besttoo.com (www.besttoo.co.uk) and any other Besttoo branded websites (including sub-domains), (b) Besttoo itself.

b: By "member" we mean a registered user who has an account at Besttoo.

c: By "content" we mean anything a member post on Besttoo.

c: By "post" we mean making content available on Besttoo.

e: By "information" we mean facts and other information about and from a member.

9. Other

a: If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.

b: If Besttoo fails to enforce any of this Statement, it will not be considered a waiver.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.
